and children's playground holds ready an exclusive Ambiente for its guests, in particular for families with children.
It is approx. 800m far away from the Balaton, 2km from the center Siofok in the recreation area.
Enjoy a erfrischendes bath in the large pool or let you simply from the hot Hungarian summer sun spoil itself.

Attractive, air-conditioned semi-detached house with 2 stories, 150 qm, 8-14 persons.
It consists of two, elegantly furnished, completely air-conditioned housing units lying one above the other,
which is ideal for families, groups up to 14 persons. We recommend our flats espessaly for families with children.
All the rooms are individually air-conditioned. Use of the air conditioning systems is on request against payment possible (only cost of electricity) In the house there is a central gas heatingsystem. Heating is on request against fee possible (only gas costs)

In the ground floor there are a large living room with modern kitchen
(according to the number of guests:
plates, utensil, cutlery, gas cooker, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave),
a dining-room and a separate bedroom, bathroom and a separate toilet. A coloured TV with cable channel can be found in the living room.
In the first floor there are 3family bedrooms, 2 of it with balcony. In each room there are1-2 auxiliary bed possibility ,
so max 3-4persons can sleep in each room . Here is 1 bath with WC and 1 shower with WC available.
There is also a washing machine in the bathroom with shower.
Before the stairway there is also a lounge with sleeping possibility.

Holiday house 'A' has own terrace with garden furniture before the house, has own sunterrace with couches beside the pool.
Brand-new kid's pool, children's playground with swing, chute and sand box in the garden, 2 grill corners are in the garden.
The pool with the outdoor shower, kid's pool, children's playground and grill corners are common for all guests.
Max 2-3car parking places (behind each other) are next to the house in the garden.
Sorry, pets are forbidden.

Location of object

Our house is situated not far away from the centre Siófok in a calm area, 800 m from the beach. Close to our house there are excellent culinary possibilities for favourable prices. (200-500 m), to grocers shop 100 m. The centre of the city with many program offers is easy from here to reach. Our holiday house is suitable first of all for families with children.
