Marley's Retreat in Kololi is a spacious 4 bedroom property that can sleep up to 8 people, based in a quiet area but within a 500 metre walk to the busy & popular Kololi Strip! The strip is a lively area with Restaurants, Bars, Nightclub's, Casinos, Banks, Money Exchange's, supermarket & a Craft Market. The local Kololi beach is only a 7 minute walk away, (or alternatively you can pay any of the local hotels 50 dalasi (£1) to use their pool for the day, or take a taxi to other beached for about £1! If you wish to explore the Gambia further the taxi rank is 2 minutes away or you can use our driver for similar rates (taxi's are very cheap!) With guaranteed sunshine, fantastic low prices & friendly people, if you have not experienced The Gambia now is the time to do so! THE HOLIDAY HOME TO LET - 'Marley's Retreat' A lovely spacious home awaits you for you to enjoy your holiday in privacy! The home is available to rent as a whole (sorry we do not rent room only) and a lot of time and effort has gone in to making sure you enjoy your holiday. Weather there is only 1 of you or a party of 8, we accept Couples, Family or Group bookings for the same rental rate, with a choice of 7, 10, 14 & 21 nights prices. With a large back garden and pretty sun terrace relax in the sun and take a dip in the above ground 5metre swimming pool, or sit at the front veranda ( wrap around veranda) in the shade. The home is set on one level (good wheelchair access) with 4 double bedrooms, 1 is a super king size with en-suite,and 3 double's (1 en-suite) along with a seperate shower room and toilet room. The property boasts a large circular family room with every amenity. Relax on the leather sofa's, with Freeview TV, dvd & music system or enjoy a book or game from our library. The large dining room/reception area can seat up to 8 people & is a comftable cool room to relax or dine in. All rooms have ceiling fan's. The wooden fitted kitchen provides you all you require to cook from home, with all utensils, gas cooker, 6 ring hob, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer and food store. The property is surrounded by high walls & is completley private, with a fully lit garden The Gambia is renowned for it's occasional power cuts so the home comes equipped with a generator,to ensure electric at all times. The price of home rental includes; *Collection from the airport *Daily Maid Service to clean & change sheets (clothes wash service available) *Caretaker with his own home in the grounds to attend to your every need, and to act as night watchman in the evenings *Marley the friendly English family dog that acts as a great guard dog!
