Description of objectThis 2 year old, fully furnished, contemporary designed home comprises of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, formal lounge/theatre room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Separate laundry area with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and a large family/dining area. The master bedroom has views to the outdoor spa area, queen size bed and walks through to an ensuite with hollywood lights and double shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, while the third and fourth bedrooms both have double beds. All bedrooms have either built in or walk in robes.The house is fitted with reverse cycle air conditioning allowing for the comfort of winter and summer weather. There is also a fitted monitored alarm system for extra security. The garden is fully enclosed and child friendly, with a Tropical Outdoor Spa which can be cool in the summer and warm in the winter - all year round entertainment!
