Description of objectModern, airy, well-equipped home in Savyon, one of Tel Aviv's nicest suburbs. This is our home (not a vacation home), which we rent when we travel. Renovated in 2009.320 sq.meter house (3,400 sq.ft) on 1,250 sq.meter land (1/3 acre). Large living and dining room, modern eat-in kitchen, family room (den), spacious master bedroom with own bathroom, 4 more bedrooms (all double beds), 2 studies (can be used as extra bedrooms), 3.5 bathrooms, 2 patios. Clothes cupboards in all bedrooms. The house and kitchen are fully furnished and equipped. Air conditioning, Cable TV (in every bedroom), wireless broadband Internet, parking. Supermarket, pharmacy, synagogue, country club just a few minutes walk. The house can easily accommodate a large family, or even 2 families with privacy. The den + 2 bedrooms + bathroom + study form a natural unit and have their own entrance. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms + bathroom – giving privacy from the rest of the house. We\'ll be happy to prepare the house for your special needs, and look forward to becoming friends - as we have with previous guests.
