Location of objectThe house is situated on the southwest coast of Ibiza. It lies about 1.5 kms from the beach with a wonderful view of pine forested hills, the sea and Es Vedra in front of it. In the nearby area there is a good range of restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, tennis courts, diving courses, etc.

It has a number of fine cafes, restaurants and galleries as well as shopping facilities to satisfy the needs of tourists staying in the area. It’s easy to find everything you need in the supermarket as well as newspapers, fashion items, household decor and handcrafts. Many people-predominantly from Germany, England or the mainland- have chosen to live in the zone thus guaranteeing a colourful mixture of cultures and languages. Nonetheless, it’s a small place that has conserved its typical Ibizan flair. You can enjoy breathtaking views westwards over the wide, open valley all the way down to San Antonio from the vantage point of the island’s highest mountain, the 475m high Sa Talaia just outside the town.
