The villa is part of a group of 140 villas set within a enclosed compound. The river Zuari flows close by and can be seen from the roof of the house. The villa is on an east west axis.
There 2 airconditioned bedrooms one with an en suite bathroom, the second with a bathroom shared with the living/dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, electric hand mixer, cooking pans and cultlery, crockery & glassware for six.
The dining area is equipped to with a dining table which seats six.
Additional facilities INCLUDED in the cost are:
1. Maid service - will clean the villa every day & change the sheets/ towels on every fourth day.
2. Car & driver - an airconditioned car with a driver is included in the price and is available for 8 hours/80 kilometres a day. Any over runs will be charged for.

Bogmalo is one of Goa’s more attractive beaches. Bounded by green hills on three sides, its grainy golden sand and big surf make Bogmalo a decidedly different experience from other beaches. Out at sea is Grande Island. To your right, planes take off and land on the Dabolim Airport plateau. If you are taking an early morning flight out of Goa, Bogmalo is a great place to stay; it takes less than 10 mins to reach the beach from the villa.
Bogmalo is also a sort of city beach for the port town of Vasco da Gama, Other, closer beaches fall in the naval area, where public access is closed. Bogmalo offers a comprehensive watersports experience. One of Goa’s two PADI diving centres is based here (the other is at Miramar). Besides, Bogmalo has been the venue for two Enterprise class world sailing championships.
