Description of objectIt is situated in one of the most uncontaminated zone of San Vito Lo Capo, rich of spontaneous Mediterranean vegetation, in a very quiet and panoramic area, only 700 Mt. from the sea with beautiful view over the cliffs. Here you find quiet and silence in front of a breathtaking panorama, not only sea-view…….A path, rather steep (red marked) among the rocks, directly brings to a very inviting sea in about 15 minutes from the house; and continuing trough a grove of Manna, among narrow passages among the rocks, you’ll arrive at “Venus lake”( salt water), about 50 minutes from house. Situated in a magical position next to “old Tonnara” (tunny-fishing grounds, sea entrance, 2 km) and between “Zingaro Nature Reserve“ (8 km) and the white sand beach of San Vito Lo Capo (3,5 km). Description MAYA two-rooms apartment: totally equipped (about 28 sm.) - a small living/kitchen with cooking facilities, electric oven, table equipment, sofa bed, TV by satellite, gas stove and net on window. - a double bed room with ceiling fan and mosquito net on window - A full bathrooms with shower, hairdryer and mosquito net on window - An open terrace in a Mediterranean garden facing the sea, surrounded by mountains, equipped with hammock, sunshade, deck-chairs, barbecue. - Outdoor shower with hot water. Published prices are for 2 persons; Prices for 3 or 4 persons: Included in the price: • kitchen linen • gas (range), water and electricity • a beach umbrella • car parking out side the garden Final cleaning charges ¤60 On request • bed&bath linen and beach towel ¤20 per person. • Baby-cot ¤40, bed linen included. in winter there is a surcharge for heating. Price does not include everything is not expressly above-mentioned. A refundable security/damage deposit of ¤200 is required(it has to be paid in cash locally to the key holder). Pets allowed prior arrangement with owner. Change over day: Saturday. During Off and Low season It can be possible to arrive or leave during week days and not necessarily on Saturday. Changeover day negotiable ..... exept in high season !!! The delivery of the house is normally between 14.00 PM and 19.30 PM. Departure time between: at 08,00 AM and 09,30 AM. Location of objectMay and September are beautiful months In San Vito Lo Capo. The temperature is from 20 to 30 degrees, so one can still swim as well as very often in October, when the temperature is from 16 to 25 degrees (celsius). In November as in April there are normally 14-20 degrees, in December 9 - 16, in January 8 - 15, in February 9 - 16, in March 10 - 17, in April 11 - 20, in Mai 14 - 24, in June 18 - 28. On the last week of September in San Vito Lo Capo 'The Cuscus fest' will take place: every kind of couscus from all over the world. During Summer in the Greek theatre of Segesta (50 minutes drive from San Vito Lo Capo) there are the classical representations.Town: Italy, San Vito Lo Capo, San Vito Lo CapoOn the North West Sicilian cost, San Vito Lo Capo is situated between the natural reserves of the Zingaro and Mount Cofano, in an area which is one of the most attractive in the Mediterranean Sea. The distance from the house and the nearest towns are the following: San Vito Lo Capo km 3,5. Trapani km 50. Palermo airport km 90. Palermo port, railway station km 120. The car is necessary as there is a bus service between San Vito Lo Capo and the nearest town of Trapani, but of course it is better to have a car so that you can move to other beaches or visit the surroundings which are very beautiful. Of course you can hire a car as you arrive at the airport of Palermo. In San Vito there is the possibility to hire bicycles. If you want, they will bring them to the house. ......and if you like you can spend your holiday between San Vito Lo Capo and Palermo.
