Description of objectsee our homepage www.korsikahaus.com, there you find pictures, information and an overview regarding the prices; corsian mountain house, 350 years old in the calm; less rental fee if only few people; last-minute-prices possible; situation: 450 m above sea leavel; interieur modern and of high quality; very big living room with fireplace, further fireplaces in master bedroom and kitchen; 4 bedrooms, 3 of them have double beds, one has 2 single beds; additional 2 more persons can sleep on a cozy mezzanine with own window, the level of the mezzanine is 2,20 m above the vestibule, mezzanine is open to the vestibule; corner-sofa in the living room can be changed into bed for 2 persons; neighbours are in charge for the house and any questions; sufficient dishes for 10 persons; gas stove (5 flames) and big electric oven; 2 fridges; big mulitlevel property of 3.500 mē; 3 terraces (2 at the side of house, one in the garden under walnut tree; garden with ancient stone walls and stairs; garden with lots of trees, ideal as adventure playground for children; security: EUR 500,-- to 900,-- prepayment; lower rental fee if only fiew persons; rental fee of EUR 200,--/Day is for low season; beddings and towels can be rented;cleaning after each one week (EUR 50,--), cleaning at the end of stay (100,-) obligatory; further service can be rented; 3 restaurants on the village; no pool; sun beds and cushions available;
Location of objectthe House is situated in the calm; it has a panoramic view over green hills and forests to the sea, it has direkt sea view; often you can see the islands of Elba, Montae Christo, Capraia and sometimes the coats of Tuskany; In San Martino di Lota follow marked, one-single lane street up the hill, after 800 m street ends and house is situated beneath parking; no parking directly at house possible, you walk the hill/stairs down to the house about 30 m (as if living on the 3rd floor), so all things you carry down the hill; air line to sea 1,8 km, distance by car 5 km; 15 minutes to beach Miomo and smaller shops, 20 Min. to Bastia and Erbalunga, 1,5 h to Calvi, 2,5 h to Bonifaccio. Bastia has old charming port, citadelle and lots of shops; car is necceassary,
