The house has 4 large bedrooms w/AC , 3 Toilet & Baths, Living & Dining area, Kitchen & Dirty Kitchen complete with appliances and kitchen ware & utensils and 1 Maid's room with bath.
The garden area is large and has a Swimming pool, a Nipa hut overlooking the beach and plenty of space for children to play, or for team building and bonding activities.
The Price of 220 - 260 Euro/night is good for a group of up to 10 people. For every person exceeding 10 we charge an additional 10 Euro/night (children up to 12 years 5 Euro)
We give a 5% discount for 2-night bookings and 10% for 3-nights and more.
Long term lease available, price subject to negotiation.

We are CMDC (Calubcub Marine Development Corporation) and we operate a Private Beach Resort and a small Organic Farm in San Juan, Batangas.
Our Private Beach House can be rented for overnight stays and also for day trips, preferably to groups of friends, families and companies.
