villa Yasmine is large, comfortable, colourful house with a direct view onto the Atlantic ocean.
It contains 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 5 living rooms (3 in Moroccan style, 2 in European style)from which two are equipped with satellite television sets and DVD home cinema sets, 2 kitchens, a large garage (with room for up to four cars),several balcony's and a large (150 m2) roof terrace
The villa is completely furniture and it contains all necessary utensils for a nice and comfortable stay.

Large, comfortable, colourful house with a direct view onto the Atlantic ocean.

The house has 5 bedrooms (all air conditioned) , 4 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, 2 independent kitchens, 3 bathrooms (all with toilets, 1 with bathtub and 2 with douche), it has several balconies a large roof-terrace and a large garage.

4 of the bedrooms have wall-mounted closets, 4 of the bedrooms have double beds, one has 2 single beds.

The villa is situated in a calm (tranquil) area in the suburbs of Salé.
Due to the way the villa is set-up it is superb for groups or families. The villa is divided in 2 apartments, this feature implicates that 2 families can stay in the villa and still have separate private spaces.

Villa Yasmine is located on the outskirts of Salé, the satellite village of Rabat. Rabat is the main capital and governmental city of Morocco. Salé is the city where the Royal family resides, it has a nice sea climate. Salé is north of Rabat and Rabat and Salé are divided by a river, the Bouregreh. Rabat and Salé are packed with great restaurants, bars and nightclubs as well as plenty of shops and places of historical interest, also in the neighbourhood you find several family friendly beaches.
Our villa is in a recently build calm area on the outskirts of Salé at the Coastline.
In the vicinity there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy water sports including sailing, windsurfing and swimming. There are also several excellent golf courses nearby. The nearby towns of Rabat, Salé and Kenitra are great for shopping and are packed with museums and art galleries as well as other attractions as the Exotic Gardens of Bouknadel, The Kasbah des Oudayas, the Mohamed V mausoleum and Hassan Tower

No reservation will be confirmed without a down payment and prior agreement on rental conditions.

Rental rates vary according to seasons and include basic utilities.
On arrival there will be a full gas supply in the gas-bottles. When this supply is empty you will have to change it. The moment you leave the villa we will ask you to leave a full supply of gas in the bottles again.

The villa has a guardian / concierge who is staying 24 / 7 in the house

in the villa (ground floor and top floor apartment together) we can accept up to 10 adults and a couple of children (more information to be received on demand)Linen is provided, towels NOT
The villa is equipped with a vault to safely store your money/ jewellery and passports / tickets etc.......

All bedrooms in the villa are AIR-CONDITIONED

When you rent the whole villa or the top floor apartment you can use our set-up pool on the top-floor terrace.....
