Description of objectBella Vista: The house with 2 App. oberh is, of Coman China Sala (Sala C.) in a quiet service road in an all day sunny location with fabulous views over the lake from the top app. from (below the Eig. keeps seldom on the holiday). Two Terr, a balcony and a small. Garden invite you to sunbathe or to chillout and provide a view on the only island in the lake (Comacina), the underlying headland of Lenno: Lavedo with the monastery Balbianello, opposite Bellagio and beyond, the magnificent panorama of the Gringe (a mountain range with peaks up to 2300m high). The app. ital is furnished and equipped in the living areas on wood parquet and each has a fantastic view over the lake, as well as from Elt.-Schl.Zi. and a Ki.-Schl.Zi. out. The beds are made with German standard bedding. The cuisine is Italian with sufficient crockery and cooking utensils custom of the country. Laundry room with a garden shower and WC prev are stored here also the extensive garden furniture. You can park your car outside the house in the lockable yard. Location of objectThe house is situated on a hillside, far above the Via Regina, there is nothing to hear. The lake is reached via a short walk in 5 minutes. There is one for municipal beach, a jetty and close to a bus stop on the coastal road to Como (30 mins) or Sorico in the north of the lake. From the house, great walks in the mountains are possible. Directly above the M. Tremezzo (approx. 2 h). In the neighboring village of Colonno (5 min walk) you can do your daily shopping. To the island you can take a taxi boat (about 20 min walk), translate the 'Greenway del Lago 'extends above the house and you get about the surrounding villages, the Peninsula Lavedo (Lenno) and the historical Highligts of Lake Como on the west side.Como has a very nice old town with an imposing cathedral, which is almost exclusively pedestrian zone with many shops, Saturday is a big junk dealer and dealer market around the old city wall around; beyond the year many cultural events (theater, concerts, etc. .) and a variety of restaurant options for every need and budget.
