The dacha, sleeping up to 5, is ideally located in a beautiful setting for a relaxing holiday or base from which to commute to Tbilisi. It is situated in the village of Tsinamdzvriantkari (Georgian წინამძღვრიანთკარი), named after the noble family Tsinamdzvrishvili who owned the surrounding area pre-1917.

The original dacha was built by the Tsinamdzgvrishvilis and still belongs to one of their descendants. The main grand house of Tsinamdzgvrishvilis stands 150 metres from the dacha.

The dacha has a large private garden (3000 square metres) with big old walnuts trees, a 100 year-old vine, a vegetable patch and lawn. It stands 200 metres from the nearest river (dry in high summer) and 700 metres from the forest.
