The villa is presented in fabulous condition and is fitted out to a high standard with all creature comforts with everything from coffee machine to beach towels. Villa Jota has its own private pool (heated).
There is a brand new 5 star Hotel and Resort opening adjacent to the property in the summer.
The village of Sagres is 5 minutes away and has laid back surfy feel, with many good restaurants and bars.
Villa Jota has had a pool fence fitted around the swimming pool so that it is safe for young children.
Location of objectVilla Jota is located in a truly idyllic spot, just in front of a beautiful sandy beach. The villa itself is luxurious throughout fully equipped with all you will need. The garden is private with a heated swimming pool (with safety pool fence for small children). The beach is literally about 1 minute away. The local beach has 2 really good beach bar restaurants.
Town: Portugal, Algarve, SagresSagres is a beautiful unspoilt fishing village, located at the most south-west tip of Europe. The local people are really friendly, and there are 22 beaches to choose from, all within a 10 minute drive.
Sagres has some wonderfull restaurants and good-fun bars, very popular with the surfers.
