The very beautiful and with all amenities furnished cottage, has 140 square meters of living space, 3 double bedrooms, 1 suite with 2 single beds and a sofa bed, 2 shower-bath/WC, 1 living room with a cozy dining area, a fully fitted kitchen equipped with generous support for the housewife ( dishwasher, large fridge / Gefrierkombiantion with separate beverage cart, additional drinks fridge in the storeroom, oven with 4 plates, all electric kitchen helper, 18-piece cutlery and crockery range, any cookware, spices, etc.), washing machine and dryer are of course also available. For family dinners are a variety of board games available. Tickets, info and books about the country, people and excursions are available.
Outside there is a 80 sqm large tiled terrace (white-blue seating for 8 persons, 4 sun loungers and 2 beach umbrella) the seating area is covered and in addition of an electric awning from intense solar radiation protection.
The large (8 x 4) heated swimming pool is located below the terrace.
The house is surrounded by a 2 m high hedge, and thus protected against insight. The garden is built into the hillside location and integrates with lush native plants, and planted palm trees and Buxbäumen.

The Casa Textor lies in the idyllic cultural, picturesque mountain village 'Rovio', above Lake Lugano in 500 m height. On a green plateau, surrounded by the mountain massif of Monte Generoso in the canton of Ticino, the 'sun parlor of Switzerland'. It is ideal for asthmatics and cardiovascular health. There is a Mediterranean climate with lush vegetation. In Rovio is a beautiful waterfall, a variety of sports and hiking trails, a riding stable, a well known winery, 4 churches, including the Chapel of San Vigilio from the 13th Century, a visit in any case worthwhile. Maps and information about the environment are available.
In a few minutes to reach the shores of Lake Lugano. Stroll through the winding streets of old town of Lugano. Stroll on the beautiful seafront promenade and then linger on the lively 'Piazza Riforma' by an ice cream or espresso before the popular Café Vanini. You swing with the Jazz Festival or try the specialties of the region on the wine festival. Discover ship Morcote the charming village of San Rocco, Gandria, 'Campione d'Italia with a casino, etc. Climb the rack with the Monte Generoso Railway or the San Salvatore with known weather.
