A 100 year old family house situated downtown in Reykjavik in a peaceful street within 5 minutes walk from the city center with restaurants, museums and shopping. The house has been renovated with a fully equipped modern kitchen and bathroom, while the original character of the house has been kept in-tact. The house is on 3 floors with the kitchen and living area on the main floor and TV-room and main bathroom in the basement. In the attic there are 3 bedrooms, one master bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with 1,5 width bed and single bed room. A wc in also on the attic floor. The house has a private garden with a large patio with garden furniture and barbecue.
