Situated 1050 m above sea level with panoramic view over the Lavantvalley. Private: garden 1000 m², patio, 2 terrace (10 m2), garden furniture, parking by the house. In summer excursions and a huge hiking region with more than 100 km of marked paths and in winter, you can reach the beautiful family ski resort Klippitztörl in a few minutes. The district capital Wolfsberg with lots of shopping is 25 km away. The house found 7 km from the centre of Bad St. Leonhard, 2 km from the centre of Reichenfels. Shop 2 km, bus stop 1 km, restaurant 1 km, swimming pool 2 km, ski lift 1 km, cross-country ski trail 1 km, skisport facilities 1 km. Location of objectLavanttal is one of the most charming valleys in the south of Austria, especially in the Spring when the fruit trees are bloom, or in June and July, when the flowers form a red carpet. The town is also an ideal winter destination for the snow lover. Skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing or a romantic walk through the snow-covered scenery ... this is simply a dream holiday! The two large ski areas – Klippitztörl (20 km) and Hebalm (32 km) are easily accessible by car or with the free ski bus. Upon request, all children can be picked up by the local skiing school daily and later returned to their holiday address.
