Description of objectErrected by our grandfather, the farm estate – a one-of-a-kind in size and latticed timber framework for the time – was extensively renovated and expanded in 2005. Like in a alpine landscape, the stylish extension blends harmoniously into the architectural ensemble of the Weiler Bottenreute. This modern element, made with natural craftsmanship from woods and materials native to the area, accentuates the historical building. The barn is perched on a hill facing the south. This southern exposure allows to experience a unique, unspoilt view of meadows and forests and a panoramic view of Lake Constance and the Alps. A wildflower meadow, a garden with a space for grilling, as well as a playground with a swing, sandbox and jungle gym for kids, surround the barn. Welcome!
