This house also has a 50 sq. meter terazza with panoramic views of the entire colonial sector. 2 bedrooms are furnished with double beds, the master bedroom has a queen size bed. all have top of the line orthopedic mattresses. The dining room has a vaulted ceiling with skylight.
the house is within easy walking distance of Plaza Santo Domingo and Plaza San Francisco.
there is an internet cafe less than 10 ft. from the front door and many bakeries and small food shops within 2 blocks.
the house is also convenient to the terminal terreste bus station, making it an excellent base for day trips to Otavalo, mindo and other attractions. i have a property manager who speaks english and spanish who lives only 3 doors away. he will also be happy to arrange any private tours you might want to take.
