Description of objectThis spaciously newly built villa, perfect for a family of six, but can accommodate up to eight persons, has been beautifully decorated with memorabilia from the Channel Island of Jersey. The interior and outdoor furniture, mostly teak was specially selected for this fine property. The accommodation consists of two twin bedrooms a double basin bathroom, a further double bedroom, with (double bed) and en suite bathroom. A large lounge, kitchen and a laundry room.
The large lounge with a dining area offers Books, games and for your entertainment a satellite TV (limited engl. programs) with DVD, CD, video and radio. You can also connect to the Internet here for a charge of ¤25,00 per week. The lounge overlooks the superb south-facing sun terrace with its heated pool. A size-able kitchen with dining table, fully equipped with fan-oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and a large fridge freezer. There is also, a laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Towels are provided and there is a mid-week towel change, also there is no need to bring your own beach towels, or hairdryer we provide one for you.
Outside the property you will find a delightful front garden with sub tropical plants and a large south facing terrace with a built-in barbecue. There are 6 large comfortable sun loungers with thick cushions surrounding the solar heated roman style pool. If requested, in the cooler winter month the pool heating can be supplemented for a weekly charge of £80.00. A garden wall encloses the entire property. The villa has a carport, although Puerto del Carmen is well within walking distance, we would recommend that you hire a car.
Location of objectVilla Jersey is situated in one of Puerto del Carmen best residential areas, but still within walking distance of most amenities. Restaurants, supermarket and bars can be reached within 15 to 20 minutes. The main beach of Puerto del Carmen can be reached on foot within 20 minutes.

Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
