Description of objectYou`ll find your lovely holiday resort within olive trees and citrus of the Val Prino. The completion of the house was in 2011 and itis very well equipped. In the building there are 3 rooms: 1 sleeping room with 2 single beds, 1 sleeping room with 2 beds as a bunk bed. 1 big room combining living room and kitchen with dining place.In the living room part is another sleeping possible for 2 person upon a comfortable convertible sofa. As technical equipment there are a LCD-TV, a fridge, an oven/el., a stove/gas, a dishwasher, a coffeemaker, a toaster and during winter time you could use a stove/pellet. Further there is a bathroom with a shower, toilet and bidet. The complete inside measures 50sqm and additionally you´ve 30 sqm as a terrace extending the living room into outside. A parking facility is on the ground.
Location of objectThe little village of Molini Di Prelŕ is surround mostly by olive trees. At this place Italy has not changed very much during the last 30 years, so it remained original and romantic. The Val Prino is very well known for its fantastic olive oil and its hospitality. Whatever you want to find either to relax and to calm down or night life or hustle and bustle, you will find it.
Many people come to bike/ moutain bike, to hike or stay at the seaside. Excusions on history or on botanic are waiting to be done.

Town: Italy, Riviera, PreláIt is easy and comfortable to go to, close to a small street without much traffic and a little bit out of a little village. Only 10 minutes to walk into the village, where you find at once a church, a bar, a restaurant and a grocery.
Within 20 minutes (12 km) by car, bus or motorcycle you reach Imperia with a picturesque old town, a lovely harbour and the Mediterranean. It takes you the same time to be above 1000 m sea level for example to the Passo di Marco.
