This charming holiday house / bungalow is located in the magical Praia da Falésia, only a 5 minutes walk to the stunning Alfamar Beach, close to the 4-star Hotel Alfamar (Olhos de Água, Albufeira), with its famous sports centre, beach and swimming pools.

This large terraced bungalow, built in the typical Algarve style, has got 2 large double bedrooms, two bathrooms (a larger one with a bathtub, another with a shower), and a spacious living room with sofa bed, a fireplace, stereo and tv (4 Portuguese TV channels).

The independent and fully renovated kitchen has got modern appliances (fridge freezer, cooker, oven, microwaves, washing machine, gas boiler, steam iron and ironing board) and all kitchen utensils and tableware.

There is also a lovely garden, with green grass and many flowers, in the front and rear of the house, a panoramic roof terrace and a shaded private parking space.

Maximum occupancy: 5 people
Towels and bedsheets supplied (changed once a week). Other cleaning services are paid extra.

The Falésia Beach is only 5 minutes walk down the road, you won\'t need to take the car!

All the amenities are also within walking distance(supermarkets, restaurants, cafès, bars, laundry, beauty centre).

This house is surrounded by tranquil gardens and pinetrees, creating feelings of serenity and well being.

This is a tranquil haven, suitable for a relaxing beach holiday, but also very close to to the lively town of Albufeira (10 kms drive) with its great shops and nightlife, and the elegant city and marina of Vilamoura (13 kms).
