Description of objectOur gite, is a former cowshed attached to the end of the main building of this former farm dating from the 1800’s. Which we now run as a small family camping and caravan site in the south of the Deux Sevres in the heart of the Pouiou Charentes region, “La Couer de la Charente”. The gite has a spacious kitchen dining / living room area on ground floor. Two bedrooms, one double and one twin and bathroom on first floor.
Private patio area to rear with outdoor table chairs and bar-b-q supplied. Kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and all pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and glasses etc everything you need. Living dining area with table chairs, bed settee, TV, video, DVD and radio.
Shared above ground 9.5 x 4.5mtr pool with sundeck, plus an indoor plunge pool All set behind high hedges within our fully enclosed private grounds where you can be assured that your children and pets will be safe to play

of France where it is still, a real pleasure to drive. From the tourist resorts shown on this page to the quiet rural country Around us there is lots to for the whole family to enjoy. For the beach there are the wonderful beaches and resorts Of the western coast, or closer at hand there are several inland beaches like the Nautilus centre on the outskirts of Angouleme, which also has a “Patinoire” Ice rink. Closer to us the Rejallant complex outside Ruffec for a pleasant day out by the river for the whole family. This is a really beautiful and largely undiscovered region of France
