'Villa Athina', an elegant, air-conditioned, self-catering holiday house, is contemporarily furnished with 4 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8. Recently up-grated with wireless internet and central heating. The upper two floors open onto large L-shape balconies where you can soak up the sun, relax with a drink and enjoy the panoramic views of the mountains and to the sea. The house features a charming garden, secure gated parking and a large patio, where you can enjoy your morning coffee and tasty local wine or some ouzo in the evenings.

Located in Porto Rafti, a beautiful holiday sea resort, mostly undiscovered by tourists, yet very convenient for the airport and exploring Athens.
The villa offers the best of both worlds: to be close to all Athens has to offer but away from the bustle of the city, near crystal clean water and beautiful sandy beaches. The local beach currently holds the European 'Blue Flag' for the excellent water quality. The nearest long beach is just over one kilometer.

Perfect for a Summer Sea and Sun Holiday combined with the cultural experience that Athens and many places of interests have to offer. With 1 king en-suite, 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms, the villa is ideal for large families or 'get together of friends' with plenty in the area to do and see.

Porto Pafti has many beautiful sandy beaches, restaurants and sea-front tavernas serving fresh fish/seafood, traditional Greek dishes and delicious local wine. All main local amenities including open-air cinemas, clubs and bars, patisseries and coffee shops, doctors and chemists, supermarkets and designer boutiques are within about 5 minutes drive from the villa. There is a mini-market and a traditional Greek taverna just a short stroll from our properties.

The house is built in a quiet residential area near the sea.
Ideally located also for visits to Athens, island hopping and trips to many fabulous ancient and historical places.

Porto Rafti is a very popular summer destination for the Athenians, mostly undiscovered by tourists, located on the eastern coast of Attica, opposite the islands of Evia, Andros, Mykonos. It is conveniently placed near the Athens Airport (12 Km) and Athens (38 km) which with the new metro and motorway is very quick and inexpensive to reach.

The area is rich in history. The pine forest of Kouvara with monasteries and the Attica Zoological park are very close to visit.
Nearby places of interest also include: the temple of Artemis (Vravrona), the temple of Poseidon (Sounio), Marathon, Corinth Delphi and many more.
From the nearby ports of Lavrio, Rafina and Piraeus you can hop to many islands.
