Description of objectSitting on Pantogia Hill, one of the most exclusive locations along the Costa Smeralda, and overlooking the Gulf of Pevero and Nibani Islands, Villa Costa Smeralda is surrounded by a private park of about 3,500 square metres that guarantees isolation, quiet and total privacy.Nevertheless, for those who love an intense, brilliant social life, Porto Cervo is just 1 kilometre away, with its refined shops, unforgettably quaint squares where you can enjoy an aperitif or coffee, and scenic restaurants on the old wharf that offer a private, intimate atmosphere. Recently remodelled with elegant understatement and handcrafted details, and furnished with antique and Sardinian furniture, the villa has three levels for a total floor space of about 260 square metres. Outside, another 120 square metres of terrace overlooking the Gulf of Pevero are divided into a dining area, veranda lounge area and solarium. The adjoining car park has space for 2+2 cars. {see the photos} The villa has four bedrooms with queen-sized beds. Opening directly off one of these is a small fifth bedroom furnished with a bunk bed. Consequently, the villa can accommodate 8-10 guests overnight. The master bedroom, found on the top level, is equipped with air conditioning and patio, as well as a private bathroom and water massage shower. The large living room with view of the sea, fireplace and TV, the kitchen (with dishwasher), the dining room and guest bathroom (with a small, hidden office equipped with sink and washing machine) occupy the ground floor level. Another lounge, three bedrooms with queen-sized bed and patio, a bedroom with bunk bed, and three bathrooms are located on the lower level. Two of the rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Porto Cervo Marina, 5 kilometres away Centro Ippico Shergar for horseback riding, at Localitŕ Bucchi Toltu, inland from the Costa Smeralda, near Arzachena, about 15 kilometres away Windsurf / Kitesurf: Porto Pollo – Isola dei Gabbiani: an internationally famous meeting spot for lovers of windsurf and, more recently, kitesurf; 30 kilometres away Nightlife For lovers of nightlife, you can choose from the most famous clubs on the Costa Smeralda, such as the Billionaire, Pepero or Sottovento, just outside Pantogia. And for those who prefer to avoid the limelight, many other lively night spots can be easily reached nearby. These include El Peyote, with an informal and entertaining atmosphere – on the provincial highway to Arzachena. Music fans who do not want to stay up all night can drive a few more kilometres to the entrance of Baja Sardinia, where they will find Phi Beach with its outdoor dance floor at the base of Forte Cappellini, a Napoleonic fortress; music and nature meld in the splendid setting of the Gulf of Arzachena. Town: Italy, Olbia - Tempio, Porto CervoThe villa is strategically located, very close to the most famous and beautiful beaches on the Costa Smeralda, including Liscia Ruja, Romazzino, Capo Faro and its beautiful sunsets and, last but not least, Porto Paglia and Grande Pevero in the immediate vicinity.For excursions beyond the Costa Smeralda, the following destinations can be reached in just a few minutes: San Pantaleo, with its spectacular rock formations, quaint alleys and ancient square, where you can sit down to enjoy a pleasant aperitif featuring typical local products; and Monte Moro, from which you can see the Maddalena Archipelago and Corsican coast on clear days. Porto Rotondo, another famous resort, lies just 20 kilometres away, with its small square, shops and harbour side promenade. It too offers a brilliant social scene.
