Description of objectOur house sleeps 9 persons: 1 bedromm with a French double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bedroom with a double and a single bed and one room with a convertible sofa that two persons can sleep in. This room has direct access to the garden behind the house, whereas the other three bedrooms are located on the first floor. The kitchen is equipped with a dish washer, a four-ring stove including oven and a microwave. You are welcome to use the washing machine and our older bikes in the garage (adults and children). The garden equipment includes a large table, sufficient chairs and deck chairs. There is a barbeque at your disposal. Cars can be parked in the front garden.
Location of objectOur house, which was constructed in the original Breton style, is in very close distance to the old and romantic harbour of Port Haliguen (about 200m). Behind the harbour you can reach two sandy beaches which face the Bay of Quiberon and which are cleaned every morning by the local authorities (summer holidays). From the harbour you can step on a boat that takes you into the Golf of Morbihan for a day trip (summer season). Into the other direction there is a marina followed by a footpath which invites you to stroll along the coast.
Town: France, Halbinsel von Quiberon, Port Haliguen (Quiberon)Our house is located in a tranquil residential area of Port Haliguen, which is not far from the tip of the Quiberon peninsula (Pointe du Conguel). The rugged and impressive Cote Sauvage on the other side of the peninsula is about 5km away. This is a welcome destination for a day's bike tour or to watch the sunset on the rocks of Point Vivier. This is also the place of a restaurant that offers delicios fish food and a stunning view on the Atlantic Ocean at the same time.
