Description of objectA detached stone build house near the small village of Pontós with 350m˛ of living space and also 4000m˛ of yard / garden. The house was build in 1640. It’s completely renovated.The house offers 11-15 places to sleep. The floor plan is described in the following. Ground floor: a big living room with fireplace and an exit to the terrace, a bedroom, a dining room, a completely fitted kitchen and a big entrance room. Second floor: a big living room with library, 5 bedrooms – one with a little covered terrace, , a bathroom with tub and a bathroom with shower. There is also a terrace, a pool a garden and a grill. The house is completely equipped. Bed linen and towels are inclusive. A central heating exists. Air-conditioning exists too. Location of objectA detached stone house in northeast of Spain (Pontós) near a quiet catalan village is for rent.Forests and fields surrounds this house. It’s a very quiet place to get some rest. It lays on the level of 145 m and because of that there is a great view of the surroundings. The Mediterranean Sea is only 20km away. There you find the beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava - sandy beaches as well as stony ones for diving or snorkelling. In the north you can see the Pyrenees: The nearest cities are Figueres and Girona. Pyrenees: 80km Girona: 30km, train connection Figueres: 20km, bus connection Barcelona: 130km, train connection Town: Spain, Costa Brava, PontósPontós is situated near the Bay of Roses in the Mediterranean Sea. There are many places nearby to visit. Figueres with the Salvador Dalí Museum, the city of Girona, La Bisbal, famous for its ceramics, the charming medieval village surrounded by water of Peratallada and Barcelona, which is only 130 km away.
