(75 m2). Ground floor: There is a fully-equipped kitchen (25 m2) with dining area and wood-burning fireplace. Accessible from the kitchen through a glass door is a veranda (15 m2) for outside eating. There is a bathroom with a tub (with Jacuzzi) with a shower head, and a WC. First floor: The master bedroom has a king-size bed (200 cm x 200 cm), two night tables and a large chest. There are three windows, the largest of which looks onto Mt. Serva. Second floor: There is a living room with a queen-size sofa bed, writing desk, Satellite TV, and a large window facing Mt. Serva. The amenities include: Central heating with radiators located on each floor and in the bathroom; a wood-burning fireplace.

The village is situated on the mountain Dolada which is over 2000 m high; the village is at an elevation of 500. The Dolada mountain is known to paragliders. The Lake of Santa Croce (no motor boats allowed) is 3 km away. This quiet mountain village offers the tranquility and beauty of nature. It is a good location for day trips, outdoor activities (skiing in winter and hiking and biking in summer), or just taking life easy in the mountain air. This is a perfect spot to take in the beauty of the high Dolomite mountains of Monte Cristallo, Tre Cime, Civetta, Pelmo and Marmolata. The largest city nearby is Belluno (8km), a beautiful Medieval city, which is the summer residence of the Venetians. The house is 80 km north of Venice and 60 km south of Cortina d'Ampezzo, a ski resort with international reputation. The Prosecco and Cartizze wine regions of Valdobbiadene (60 km) as well as the Passito DOC wine from Refrontolo offer culinary and wine tasting experiences. A visit to Palladian villas is about one hour drive from the house. There is a parking space in front of the house. Sleeps 4.
