In front of the house there is a nice entrance decorated with plenty of plants and shrubs, behind the house there are lawns with the privately set swimming pool and a big covered barbeque house ideal for al fresco eating and airy nights in summer. The garden offers a big variety of fruit treesm shrubs and plants. This place is ideal for families with children but also for cyclists and excursionists as the road to the Monastry of Lluc is not far from the villa. The center of Pollença is at walkable distance (approx. 5 minutes). Due to its central heating the house can be rent throughout the whole year.
