Large new holiday house ideal for vacation and meetings for families, friends and groups.
The house has 3 flats.
Flat west: for up to 5 people. Ground-floor 1 room with kitchenette, 1 sleeping room with 1 bed for 2, 1 bath room with shower and WC. First floor 1 room with 2 single beds and 1 room with 1 bed. 1 small room with WC and shower.
Flat south: for up to 8 people.
Groud-floor: 1 room with table for dining for all, 1 kitchen and 1 WC. First floor: 1 slepping room with 1 bed for 2 and a private bathroom with shower and WC. 1 slepping room with 2 single bed 2 and a private bathroom with shower and WC. 2 sleeping rooms with in each 2 single beds. 1 bathroom with shower. 1 WC.
The flat east is not yet ready.
A room of 45 m2 can be used for special purposes (seminar, meetings)
The flats can be rented separately on request.
The house is located on a large ground of 4000m2 with natural vegetation and organic garden.

The house is located 700m from the seashore and 4 km from the beaches. Calm and fresh air provide good vacation.
