The community of Baja Malibu is just five miles South of the border (20 minutes drive) between the new Trump development, and the city of limits of N. Rosarito, with three large bedrooms, 24 hrs. security, restaurant/bar large ant two convenience stores in the community this is an ideal setting. A new resort is next door and many other businesses in the area.This property is perfect for vacations or to live in and work in San Diego, Ca. Location of objectThe only thing remarkable about Rosarito is the sheer volume of American tourists and corresponding amount of bad neon signs and drink specials. The beachbreak faces pretty much directly west, and as such, tends to close out on any groundswell over shoulder high; it does well on windswells and can do really well on combo swells (like south and southwest), though. Think Huntington Beach with a flexible drinking age and laws that are largely open to interpretation. There are a couple places where rivers spill out into the surf, often making good sandbars, and a recently -constructed pier fronting the Rosarito Beach Hotel can create decent sandbars as well. Perhaps the best thing about Rosarito is its ability to handle massive, spring break-like crowds due to the fact that it's such a damn big beach with no shortage of mediocre peaks; it's pretty consistent, too -- there's almost always something to ride to shake last night's tequila hangover.
