Our property, built in 2004, is located in the famous Baan Bua facility in the beautiful southern area of Phuket , close to the famous Naiharn Beach. The lot size is 920 square meters. The pure space is 240 square meters plus the covered areas and the Sala with another approx 90 sqm. The villa has a main house with kitchen and dining area and followed by the actual living area. This building is among other reasons of air circulation 6,50 m high. The second house is a two-storey house , it is called "the sleeping house" .It contains very close to the pool two guests rooms with two separate bathrooms. The larger bedroom is upstairs with a spacious dressing room and a large shower area. So altogether there will be three sleeping rooms being provided. All bedrooms have king-size beds (2m x 2m) and have private bathroom with shower in high quality marble and granite finish. All rooms comes of course with an integrated low-noise air-conditioning. Both houses are grouped around the pool, followed by a veranda (Sala). This altogether is creating a beautiful and breath-taking atmosphere. The Sala is surrounded by a big waterfall and a small waterfall, where water is quietly flowing down. This altogether gives the impression of a beautiful and luxurious private Spa. The pool has a built-in Jacuzzi (Whirlpool). A covered carport with storage room and utility room with washing machine etc. is also available. At the main entrance as well as at the sala (pavilion) small fish ponds have been created. Attention to detail plays in this concept a very special role. Thus, numerous wall paintings, statues and other architectural design elements are embedded into the overall concept that will be brought even at night with special reflectors to advantage. A place of many little surprises that could give the house the name "Soul of Asia". The villa is located in one of the most beautiful areas, Phuket has to offer. Frangipani-alleys, generous landscaping and nice lagoons gives an impression of tropical living. There will be a 24 hours security system, it is a gated area. Furthermore, both houses have an own separate alarm system. The excellent location absolute tranquility is guaranteed. A separate "Maid" comes once a week all day. One of the guests-rooms offers a small office with high-speed broadband internet access with integrated Wi-Fi , so it is possible that you bring your own laptop. A desktop PC with a widescreen monitor is available. The wireless connection is not encoded and thus open to every guest. A webcam is also available. The house has 3 rooms with cable TV (GermanTV BBC, CNN). Three television sets that are equipped with a DVD player are available. Furthermore, a large collection of German and English DVD movies is free (about 600 films).Of course the house has a safe for the customer, it is situated in the office room.
