Description of objectOur house is part of the beautiful complex Les Condés-Kenville in the north of the Island.The private house is comfortable and furnished for a couple or a family of up to 6 people. 1 babycot can be added. The Terrace gives directly on the pool and the beach is only 50 m across the little road of Cap Malheureux. No other houses are located between Kenville and the sea. A Housekeeper comes from monday to saturday. She does the laundry, ironing, cleaning and cooking. Babysitting is also available.Bedding (sheets and pillowcases) and towels are provided. The kitchen is well equiped. You will also find a CD player and a TV with Satellite, washing machine, fridge, gas and electric oven, coffee machine; Ratan furniture and lounge chairs on terrace. Parking behind the house. Rates are for the villa and per night Payment condition: 20 % deposit is required at reservation; balance 45 days prior to departure. Taxes, water, electricity, ADSL and services of house staff are included. Food and beverage are not included. Payment by credit card is possible with a supplement of 2,5 %.
