Description of objectOur villa is in a complex with 24 hour security, with a beautiful garden and tropical flowers and plants. The Villa is Tastefully decorated and has a large living room, open kitchen and 3 bedrooms: Master bedroom with en suite bahtroom, 2 bedrooms with king size beds and a second bathroom.The open kitchen has all the comforts such as: refrigerator, stove, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, washing machine etc. The location of the villa is unique, between Pattaya and Jomtien. That means that in approximately 5 minute drive you will be at the beach or in the city of Pattaya. Their are many restaurants, shops and bars in the neighberhood, also walking street is only 5 minutes drive from the villa away. On the compound is 24 hours security, parking can be done at the house or on the street. There is also a laundry area at the house with washing machine for your convenience. Every 4-5 days we will make up the beds with clean sheets and provide you new towels for FREE. On arrival we will welcome you at the Villa, the beds will be made and towels are provided during your stay, the security deposit is 200 euro, need to be paid on arrival, you will receive that back when we check you out the day that you leave the villa. Electric and water are excluded, on arrival we will read the meters with you. Location The Villa is located near the beach from pattaya and Jomtien, so enjoy Jomtien with his quiet beaches, beautiful boulevards with restaurants and night markets and get a cold drink at the bars with terraces on the Rompho Market. For the best nightlife have a look at the Famous Walking Street and Soi LK Metro just minutes away from the Villa. Around Pattaya and Jomtien you will find blue buses, they drive 24 hours from Pattaya to Jomtien and back, just for a few baht (depending on the distance between 10 and 20 baht) But you can also ask them to bring you directly to the villa for a few baht more, 24 hours. Because the Villa is located on a compound we ask you to be quiet when you come back in the evening or at night. Your neigbors like to have their sleep also with their families. During your stay you can contact us 24/7, we are always there to help you when there are any problems. -VIP Taxi, on arrival at the airport we can pick you up, our private driver will be their with your name on a plate and brings you comfortable to the Villa. -Scooters, during your stay you can rent scooters with us; on arrival they will be ready at the villa. -VIP tour Bus, we provide tours around Pattaya with a VIP bus, you will have a private chauffeur during your stay day. -Information map, on arrival you will receive a map with information about restaurant, bars, tours, golf, and more that can be visit in Pattaya. -Taxi service on the compound, we have a taxi service for your daily shopping or to go to a nice restaurant. -Laundry service, their is a washing machine but when you don’t want, you can bring it to the laundry service on the compound, they bring it back clean for you. -Restaurants, bars and daily grocery you will find within a few minutes from the Villa, also 24 hours supermarkets, like the 7-Eleven are close.
