Description of objectThis well maintained property is located approximately 1800 meters north of the island - Parque Holandes. Because one can enjoy the beautiful hillside of the beautiful garden and the terraces have fantastic views to the Atlantic Ocean. The villa is divided into three beautiful completed residential units. Each unit has direct access to private terrace with sun loungers for relaxing sunbathing, barbecue and sea views. So many warm evenings you can spend a good wine and fresh grilled food and simply enjoy the beautiful atmosphere. The fully and tastefully furnished units offer everything you need for a relaxing holiday. In the comfortable living areas are satellite TV, flat screen, DVD player, comfortable sofa, separate dining area with dining table and wine store with select Spanish wines. The kitchens are modern and fully equipped with plenty of crockery and all kitchen appliances.
