Description of objectSal Isle, Cape Verde, Santa Maria resort, private citizen lets out a wonderful new construction penthouse (2008), stylishly furnished, 150 meters far from the Josh Angulo Surf Center and Fanatic/Mistral Center, in the area of Ponta Lema, with a large seaview balcony composed of a double bed with two night tables, a big mirror sliding doors wardrobe which separates living room and bedroom, a two-doors dresser, a double sofa bed, a practical and functional kitchenette, a table with four chairs, a two-doors fridge, a large bathroom with wash-basin, bidet, WC, shower box, a very fresh and bright apartment, weekly rent at 200 Euros, forthnightly rents at 300 Euros and monthly rents at 500 Euros. I also have 2 people studios and two bedrooms apartments for 2-4 people available. Water and electric costs are not included. Keys delivery and assistance on site.Location of objectThe Bounty Residence is a new construction building on Sal isle, Santa Maria resort, in the area of Praia Antonio Sousa, a new residential area, 150 meters far from the beach and 250 meters from Josh Angulo Fanatic Mistral Surf center, 5/10 minutes walking distance to the town center. The building is composed of 14 apartments (studios, two bedrooms apartments, penthouses) all having seaview balconies. They are all furnished in modern style with single or double beds or double sofa beds, dressers, practical and functional accessorized fitted kitchens, large mirror sliding doors wardrobes, spacious bathrooms with wash-basin, WC, bidet and shower box.Town: Cape Verde, SAL INSEL, PONTA LEME7 days penthouse rent cost 200 Euros total 2 people14 days penthouse rent cost 300 Euros 21 days penthouse rent 400 Euros Monthly penthouse rent 500 Euros Provided services: airport-apartment transfer with keys delivery at the airport – 12 Euros by day, 15 Euros at night. CateringCatering: Self catered (inclusive)Additional InformationAt your arrival at Sal airport the driver will wait for you at the luggage control exit, in front of the information office, with a sign with your first name and last name written on it. At your arrival at the residence our assistant (Luca Annoni) will wait for you to give you the apartment keys. To go to ESPARGO, the capital, take the coach bus during the day; you can take it at the town entrance and it costs 100 escudos which is definitely cheaper than a cab. You can buy fish directly at the fishers jetty; fishers go there every day at 10.30 p.m. And you will pay 4 Euros per kilo at the most; there are also good Cape Verde restaurants where to eat meat and fish dishes for 5 Euros. The fixed exchange rate is 1 Euro=100 escudos. At bank the cost of this operation is fixed for every amount and it can vary from 2 to 5 Euros depending on the bank; if you pay in Euros the exchange is 1 Euro=100 escudos. The only pharmacy in Santa Maria is placed near the PIRATA disco club; it is open from Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 12.30 p.m. And from 3.00 to 6.00 P.m. To make phone calls you must dial 00 followed by the international code and the user’s number you want to call, including 0. Please remember that a call from the cell phone will cost you 6.90 Euros per minute and a SMS will cost you 1.00 Euro. In Santa Maria you will find many Internet points where to make phone calls at cheap prices. Tap water in the apartments is desalinated; we suggest you to drink bottled water. |
