Description of objectHouse of approximately 50 m2 containing 2 principal parts, each one having a large picture window.In a part: 1 double bed (140) with large wardrobe. Separated by a folding screen, a corner room with settee, coffee table and television. In the other part: small kitchen (gas cooker, microwave, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment). A corner dining table / dresser / chairs, and a single bed with a sliding bed for a second person. Accessible from this part of the house, there are also a shower room with shower, wash-hand basin, WC. In front of the house there is a paved terrace with a view of garden, protected by a awning. Round the back is a lean-to building housing a laundry. Location of objectThings To DoCARNAC is 15 Kms away. The TRINITE ON SEA, a few kilometers further, will appeal to those who like boats. And for the others, a walk around the port will be more pleasant. Don’t forget the famous Standing Stones of CARNAC..... QUIBERON, very famous for its wild coast, is worth a visit. Often very windy... fresh air is gurenteed... and the splendid landscape. On the peninsula is the charming village of ST CADO, on the river of Etel, an excellent opportunity to you to go for a very easy walk, and is only at a few minutes from the house. The supervised beaches are accessible very easily with large car parks in the sand dunes. The town of LOUIS PORT is a small port protected by its ramparts which it is pleasant to explore in an atmosphere of small balneal city. The citadel, at the entrance to the road to LORIENT, houses a marine museum. And why not go to fishing to in Magouer, on the river of Etel? The Beautiful islands of Groix or Houat are an easy day trip by boat. Of you may prefer to simply stay at home to read under a tree in the garden or on the terrace ……….
