Description of object

Charming little house in Southern Skåne,surrounded by fields and Forrest and 20 meters from a small river.

The House is very popular, and many of our guests are coming back year after year. They enjoy the nice little house, the sorrounding nature and the relaxed atmospere.

The area offers possibilities for fishing and a small rowing boat is included in the price. It is also very nice surroundings for long walks or bicycle excursions. There are also possibilities to go swimming in the sourrounding lakes and rivers, the closest place for swimming is 1 kilometer from the house. Åhus, which is 40 kilometers from the house also offers really nice beaches by the sea.

The house has one dining room with a stove, one room with a masonry heater. The stove and the masonry heater can be used, wood is provided for free. The house has a two bedrooms (one room double bed and one with two bunk beds).

The house is located by a farm, the next (and only) neighbour is about 60 meters from the house. The backside of the house is however private, with the river as the closest neighbour. This spring a wooden deck (larger balcony) will be built at the backside of the House. A lovely place for nice summer evnings and BBQs.

The house is located 3 kilometers from the closest village(Broby) and about 30 kilometers from the closest town (Kristianstad)

Town: Sweden, Broby, Östra Göinge

The closest village, Broby, offers grocery stores, pizzerias, hairdressers, miniature golf and pharmacy. The village has a small outdoor museum with some old wooden houses and you can rent Draisines and go on a small Excursion.

The closest town, Kristianstad, is a cosy city with most of the shopping you need. You can spend a day shoppin, drinking coffe and just stroll around

-Day of arrival and departure: Saturday. The object can only be rented on a week-by-week basis
-Bed linen and towels can be ordered extra for 25 EUR/person
-Guests are responsible for the final cleaning. Can however be ordered (latest 3 weeks before arrival) at the landlord and costs 150 EUR
-The landlord takes a deposit of 100 EUR (payable at the day of arrival) which will be refunded before departure after inspection of the accommodation if no objections are raised
-3 (somewhat older) bikes are available and can be rented on-site for 15 EUR/week/bike
-Sat TV: Only German Channels available
