Es ist eine Ebene (Studio) viel schönes, aufgestellt in der historischen Mitte in einer Zone viel leises: es ist mit traditionellen Materialien wieder hergestellt worden: Schlamm, Kalk, Steine, konstruierte Lichtstrahlen aus Wacholderbusch, Stöcken, tegole eigenhändig und Plasterung in der natürlichen Keramik. Das Bad wird von der Dusche ausgerüstet. In der Küche gibt es den Kühlraum, congelatore, Ofen, Platte mit drei öfen und Waschbecken mit zwei Badewannen. Es gibt einen kleinen Hof, der angepaßt wird, um zum Freiluft zu essen. Es gibt ein privates Parken. Nah an dem Haus weniger als 100 m zu finden ist möglich, zu vermarkten, abzuhalten, gelateria, Fischmarkt, Metzgerei, Apotheke, Andenken, die öffentlichkeit, die Quadrat sie zentriert, ein wichtiges Museum, das von Vittorio Gregotti geplant wird (bekannter Architekt auf der ganzen Erde). Essa è un monolocale molto bello, situato nel centro storico in una zona molto silenziosa: è stato restaurato con materiali tradizionali: fango, calce, pietre, travi di ginepro, canne, tegole costruite a mano e pavimento in ceramica naturale. Il bagno è dotato di doccia. Nella cucina c'è il frigorifero, congelatore, forno, piastra con tre fornelli e lavandino con due vasche. C'è un piccolo cortile adatto per mangiare all'aria aperta. C'è un parcheggio privato. Vicino alla casa, a meno di 100 m è possibile trovare, market, bar, gelateria, pescheria, macelleria, farmacia, souvenir, la piazza centrale, un importante museo progettato da Vittorio Gregotti (architetto conosciuto in tutto il mondo). Se tu vuoi è possibile noleggiare la biancheria (lenzuola e asciugamani). Per avere l'aria condizionata in estate o il riscaldamento in inverno, è necessario pagare l'energia elettrica (mediamente i clienti spendono 7 o 10 euro per una settimana).
