Modern detached single storey villa (bungalow) set in large garden overlooking miles of vineyards with the Montagnes Noir in the distance. Four double bedrooms (two with double bed; two with two single beds) The bedrooms with double beds are en suite with shower and W.C. There is a separate bathroom with bath, shower and W.C. There are two terraces, one to the front of the house overlooking the vineyards and a very large terrace to the rear giving access to the pool. This terrace is enclosed by a low wall with gate to the pool. At one end there is a built in barbecue and bar counter.One end of the terrace is shaded with a creeper. The main room of the house is a large open plan area with couches, dining table and kitchen area. There is wireless internet available.
The large pool is 10x5 m and is open mid May to September. It is surrounded by an extensive area with non slip tiles and an area of wooden decking for sun bathing. Outdoor tables ,chairs, sun loungers and umbrellas are provided.

Nevian is about 9 Km west of Narbonne just off the D 6113 road. and about 12 Km from the Lezignan exit on the A61 autoroute between Carcassonne to Narbonne.

Nevian is a typical Languedoc village surrounded by vineyarda with an 11th century church and 9 km from the bustling town of Narbonne. It has a boulangerie, butchers, grocery, post office, hairdresser and wine cooperative supplying drinkable red and rose wine for one euro a litre. A travelling fish shop comes on Wednesdays and a pizza van on Thursdays. The grocery stocks English, Dutch and German language newspapers. The local bar now supplies PIZZA every day.
