Description of object

A very large 2 bedroom farmhouse with large kitchen and sitting room. Sleeps up to 5 people very comfortably. 12m x 6m swimming pool, 50 acres of grassland and forest.

Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with either bath or shower. The master bedroom has a kingsize French bed with private access on to its own balcony, with views over adjacent fields.

The second bedroom has one queensize beds and two singles, either arranged as bunk beds or separately.

The sitting room is 15 metres long with 2, 3 seater sofas, 42 plasma TV, satellite TV, DVD player/recorder and VCR. There is also a very good music centre with IPod connection.

The fully fitted kitchen has a Smeg range cooker, microwave, coffee maker, copious Le Creuset pots and pans and ample crockery, cutlery, glassware and utensils.

There is a small untility room off the kitchen which has a washing machine and dishwasher.

There is WiFi capability in the house.

Location of object

The farmhouse of St Victor du Fau is situated in the middle of 50 acres of peaceful grassland and forest. It is rural yet only takes approximately 10 minutes drive to the large town of Pamiers.

There are some lovely walks through the forest which our guests are very welcome to wander through.

At the end of a kilometre long drive it is in a very private location.

Town: France, Ariege Pyrenees, Near Pamiers

Pamiers dates back to medieval times and is situated on the banks of the Ariege River.

The towns has many bars, restaurants and 3 large supermarkets and many other amenities.

The other large towns of the Ariege, Foix and Mirepoix are a 15 & 30 minute drive respectively.
