Description of objectThe quiet and sunny holiday villa for 4 people, southfaced is about 2,5 km distance to Moraira center and the sand beach.The flat plot has 900 sqm , totaly fenced 1,40 m high and dogs are welcome. The pool 8x 4 m with roman stepps is 170 - 2.40 m deep and the pool and poolterrace is unvisible for other people. The large poolterrace is framed from old palm trees, Bouganvilla, Hibiscus etc., so you can find some nice sunny and shade places. Barbecue with lights, pool-shower, garden tables and seats,adjustable loungers will invite to relax. There is also a small canopied terrace, with access direcly from the living room, nice view to the garden and poolterrace.The roofterrace has access from the spiral staircase and some seaview. The are 2 car parks in the wide doorway in front of the villa and 1 small parking in front of the kitchen entrance. Very comfortable you can bring the shopping directly into the kitchen.Place with rotary clothes dryer. The living room has 1 sofa for 3 and 1 sofa for 2 people, 2 chairs and 1 television chair. Fireplace and digital SAT-TV international television with external speakers, perfect to spend relaxed hours. The dining room is seperate from the living room and has a large extensible table, space for 10 people. The modern kitchen, has washing machine, microwave, fridge with separat icebox, electric baking oven, gas stove, toaster, coffee machine. Ironing board, electric iron, rotary clothes dryer, hoover, etc. Both bedrooms are quiet, view to the garden and pool, with ventilators, blinds, and mosquito protection. Bedsize each 90 - 190 cm in the 1 bedroom and in the second bedroom doble bed 180 x 190 cm. The modern bathroom has large shower with seat possibility, bidet, urinario, toilet and washing basin. Sport activities in a distance of 2 - 4 km ,golf, tennis, Nautic Club, sailing, fishing, diving, horse club, go-cart, rent moto bikes and quads etc. Town: Spain, Costa Blanca, MorairaSurrounding areaBetween Valencia and Murcia the 'Costa Blanca' attracts people from all over the world.The northern part of it,the 'Marina Alta' between Denia and Calpe is the eastest point of the iberian peninsula with its unique climate of about 2900 hours of sun and an average temperature of 18 degrees Celsius. The Costa Blanca is one of the most beautiful parts of the spanish mediterranean coast.Apart from the coastal municipalities likeDenia,Javea or Calpe with a lively atmosphere the just a few kilometers away located hinterland around Benissa and Jalon invites you to enjoy and discover the traditional spanish way of live with its own and special charme.A visist of the villages of Parcent,Jalon or Polop is like a trip in the past which offers a change of pace from the busy coast. In Moraira,a lovely coastal village in about 9 km distance from Casa Los Hermanos you can visit the central part of town by foot and find some small and cozy coffee shops and excellent restaurants. Highly recommended are excursions to Denia or Alicante,for example you may try the local narrow-gauge railway.The railway station is less than 3 km away. For everybody who likes nightlife and entertainment Benidorm is the right place to be.There is a big choice of discos,bars and night clubs. You also will find water- and theme parks. As well we recommend a visit of the old town of Altea with the church and the white houses. The beach promenade Paseo Maritimo with restaurants and small bars invites to saunter... Sun,beach and Paella are not the only things the Costa Blanca offers.
