Description of objectSituated in the Charente region of France, yet close to the border of the Dordogne and Haute-Vienne, our beautifully recently refurbished Farmhouse offers all the modern facilities expected by our guests, yet retains many character features.
The property has recently undergone a total refurbishment throughout, offering guests all the modern facilities and furnishings expected for a relaxing holiday.
The farmhouse is spacious and arranged over three floors affording guests plenty of room to either socialise or have their own personal space. Accommodation on the ground floor comprises open plan lounge/diner, kitchen/breakfast room and cloakroom. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, family bathroom and separate w.c. On the top floor there are two bedrooms and a shower room.
There is a flat screen T.V. DVD and Wi-Fi, childrens\\\' indoor and outdoor games/toys and two bikes for guests use.
The private landscaped garden has a Roman style in-ground pool, a shingle area with table and chairs and a BBQ for those \\\'Al Fresco\\\' evenings sipping wine and watching the sun go down.
We are surrounded by wonderful countryside made for walking and cycling which can be done from the doorstep and Montemboeuf is only a 10 minute walk away with a bank, post office, two bars and Spa, bakery and butchers.
Location of objectThe Farmhouse is situated in La Tourterie which is a tiny hamlet approximately 1.5 kms from Montemboeuf and is set in open countryside with fabulous views.

It has 2 local bars, butchers, bakers, post office, bank, SPA,church, and hairdressers. All essential needs are catered for with the well stocked SPA, bakers and butchers. The village has atmosphere with the bars in the evening.
