Description of objectOur holiday houses are situated in beautiful open countryside 250 metres above sea-level, only 20 minutes from the beaches of the Adriatic and 35 minutes from the splendid Appenine mountains.All around Villa Geminiani are medieval villages steeped in art and history, which come alive in the evenings with theatrical events and festivals celebrating local gourmet produce. You will have the opportunity of relaxing in the pool reserved for our clients or enjoying cycling with the free bike hire available. If you love nature and natural produce you can pick fresh seasonal vegetables from our organic garden and more importantly sample our own wines which we have been producing here for over three generations! La Dependance is a detached farm cottage approximately 80 square metres and has all home comforts. On the ground floor is the kitchen/living room with a sofa bed and a shower room. On the second floor are the two lovingly furnished bedrooms and second bathroom. Its strong point is its covered pergola decorated by perfumed flowers, where you can enjoy lunch with a glass of good wine. Although you will be in a part of Italy getting which is very traditional you will also have modern conveniences such as WIFI broadband Internet access, satellite television and all modern comforts. Location of objectThe region boasts the largest limestone caves in Europe at Frasassi - we recommend having a day trip to the north of the region to visit these and using the time to also visit one of the holiest places in Italy - Loreto! Our central Italy location makes it perfect for exploring a large part of the country - for example Rome is just 3 hours away and if you don\\\'t like the thought of driving in Rome (and we don\\\'t blame you - even us Italians are nervous of this) then there is a bus from Pedaso so Rome can be done as a day trip.Town: Italy, Southern Le Marche, Montalto delle MarcheYour accommodation is set in beautiful countryside between the Sibillini National Park and the Adriatic coast with its blue flag beaches at Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto.
