Weekly change of linens and towels included. Has 2 kitchens, fully equipped with appliances, utensils, dishes, coffee mashine, mixer, micro wave oven etc. and 2 patios and a roof top terrace with grill and bar. Has 4 bathrooms with showers and toilets and a separate shower and 2 separate toilets. An elegant dining room and living room can be used to relax, for meetings and small catered gatherings. All windows have double glass. Also available indoor carport for 2 cars. Internet connection, telephone for calling cards and cable TV with over 100 channels are included. Location of object

Banks, parks, shops, bars, are just a short walk away and little grocery stores and a laundry place are just around the corner from the house. Short walk to the shopping center Larco Mar on the Malecon with its fine stores, Ocean view restaurants and Cinema (Movies are in English). The Parque Kennedy is just a few blocks away and the large Indian Market is also nearby.

Miraflores, a district of Lima, is a desired tourist destination because of its' location near the Ocean and lots of hotels, hostels, restaurants, bars and shops. It is very save to walk around day and night. Miraflores has many Casinos and some of them are just a short walk away from the property. Taxies are plentiful and inexpensive to get around in Lima. Also mini buses (collectivos)go to every location in Lima for the more adventurous travelers.
