2 storied (2 floors), completely furnished holiday house with terrace (with mediterranean fire-place to make barbecue), maintained garden (e.g.: lemontree, almond-tree, pepper-tree, large palm, grapes), totally 4 balconies/terraces (1 balcony + 1 terrace with view on the Mediterranean Sea and in the evening with good weather conditions a view up to North Cyprus), a community Swimmingpool (caution: only open from the beginning of July until the end of September) and an accessible flat roof from which you can enjoy a breath-taking 360-degree-view to the beautiful landscape (toward the south the Mediterranean Sea, northward the Taurus mountains). The beach is in direct proximity. Your price/fee advantage with us: no additional fee during the school holidays! Throughout the year you pay the same low price. However, our offer is not only attractive for families with children. If you look for a possibility for withdrawing/recovering instead of mass tourism and overall reservation rather, you will feel surely very well in this region with their incomparably beautiful nature and reassuring effect.

The holiday house consists of the following premises:
1 completely equipped kitchen
1 large living room (with entrance to the terrace + garden)
1 large bedroom (with balcony and sea view)
1 children's room
1 bathroom/ 1 toilet

There are sleep possibilities available for 4 persons.

Prices/Fee:
Per week: 220 Euro [additional (once for a stay): 30Euro for final cleaning]
Per month: 725 Euro [additional (once for a stay): 50Euro for final cleaning]
These fee refers to the entire holiday house (not per person!!)

Approx. 180 km from the airport Adana (toward Antalya),
several daily flights with Turkish Airlines and several charter flights

Due to bad experiences with last minute cancellations we have to require a deposit of 20% of the total price (only if both sides have confirmed the booking via e-mail). The rest of the total price has to be paid at latest 4 weeks before departure. The cost of the final cleaning must also be paid before departure.
