Modern kitchenette fully equipped with all necessary facilities (oven, fridge, dishwasher), two bathrooms with shower, laundry and drying machine available.

The lakefront house offers an extraordinary panorama and exclusive privacy, the entire property is fenced and the parking is secured with an electronic entrance gate. Beautiful spacious terrace with relaxing garden couches and a stunning view on the lake. This view can also be admired from the large swimming pool. Following the stairs down you reach the villa's private beach ideal for lying in the sun and cooling down in the lake. It's possible to rent a motorboat or anchor your own boat in the residence next to the villa.
