Description of objectOur completely furnished (furniture made in Ghana) detached Private Holiday House is situated on the westen side of Accra on the McCarthy Hill with a beautiful seaview and it is at about 15 kilometers from the airport. Four double bedrooms are available including an 'en suite'. The entire living space is roughly 200 qm. The big surrounding garden is filled up with beautiful tropical plants and fruit-trees. A diningroom for 6-8 people, 3 WCs, 2 bathrooms, a sittingroom, a furnished PC-room with Internet access, a large well-equipped kitchen, MULTI-TV(local/some international programmes), compact stereo system with ipod/iphone dock, Video/DVD-players, garden furniture, bed-linen, towels, a stand-by generator (for a couple of hours by blackout), a barbecue, 2 coffee machines and small safe are also available in the house.Please take your own DVDs/Videos with you. We accommodate a maximum of 6 people in the house - otherwise upon negotiation based on extra charges. Rental on 'Self-Catering' basis. Weekly rentals only. Thus, a broken/commenced week will be paid for fully. Location of objectHilly surroundings. Most of the historical monuments are found in the southwest region of Ghana. These spots can easily be reached from the house by car. A super market and a taxi-rank can be reached in five minutes on foot. Another super amrket and an African market can also be reached in 10 minutes by car. The last 300 meters of the road before the house is untarred and a bit rough.Town: Ghana, Greater Accra, McCarthy Hill, AccraAccra is the capital of Ghana which has a population of about three million inhabitants. There are many big markets and a cultural centre in the middle of the city where one can see or buy things about the culture of the country. Accra has a lot of beaches and resorts where one can relax the whole day. CateringCatering: Self catered (extra)Additional InformationThe house is rented only on weekly and not daily basis- thus, every commenced/broken week will be paid fully for.Rental is on self-catering basis. A maximum of 6 people will be accommodated in the house. More than 6, a negotiation on possible surcharges will have to be met. The rental rates are: EUR 380.00 per week from 01.August to 31. April (high season)and EUR 350.00 from 01. May to 31. July (low season). A deposit of 100.00 EUR will be made right on booking. The remaining rent should be made four weeks before departure to destination. No additional surcharges. You may, however, have to buy a prepaid card yourself for usage of Internet. We offer our guests a free transportation from the airport to the house. However, guests bear themselves the cost of transportation back to the airport at the end of their stay. If you may cause damages to utensils, furniture or appliances in the house, kindly inform Patricia about them. The costs of repairs will be born by you. Arrival days: Saturday and Sunday, preferably. |
