In calm rural environment close to Martina Franca but also nearby the sea lies this well-kept holiday home “Trullo Motolese” on a large fenced property. A small copse of pines, an area to play football or bocce and further land offer a spacious outskirt area. A completely new swimming pool (12 x 6 m, 1 - 2,5 m depth, open from May to the end of September) is the new highlight of this holiday home. The 120 qm house, partly consisting of Trulli, creates a sense of ease and comfort with its bright and friendly furniture. The living room has a cosy three-piece-suite, fire-place and a gate to the terrace. You find in the kitchen bricked kitchen lines, a large stove with baking-oven and many kitchen implements. The bedrooms, one with double bed, two with two single beds and one with 1 single bed are equipped with rustical furniture and beautiful curtains. Furthermore there are a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with tub. The house has heating.
The position of the house is ideal for everyone, who would like to enjoy the culture of the region, the gastronomy in the charming old towns as well as the sea and the beaches. For a car a parking site is available on the property.
