Description of objectNewly built two floor house. The house has a nice porch and a beautiful garden and it is equipped with air conditioned. The windows of the bedrooms face the sea. In fact, the house is by the sea, just few metres and it is only 200 metres far from the centre of the village. There are a living room (with double sofa bed) with a large furnished veranda, 2 double rooms, 1 single room, 1 kitchen, 3 bathrooms and a small laundry room. Equipment: heating, air conditioned, washing machine, ironing board and iron, television.

Architecture is mainly late baroque. Ragusa, Modica, and Scicli, with their wonderful churches and palaces, are a good example of this architecture.
Local agriculture, and its ties with cooking, also attracts tourists: vineyards and olive trees produce excellent wines and oils, organic vegetables are the basic ingredients of delicious and healthy recipes, and local cheeses are among the best in Italy.
