Description of objectWith 105 square meters, it is a spacious cottage, containing four separate bedroom. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double bed and two bedroom is furnished with 2. single beds.The actual interior is kept in light shades and the house are perceived as bright. Bathroom is equipped with two sinks and shower and toilet. The kitchen is integrated with the living room, allowing large dining facility, where up to 10 people can sit at the table. The other part if the living room is divided into a lounge area which also is fully opened up to the conservatory. From the conservatory, you can walk straight out to the roofed veranda. The summer cottage faces south, and one can enjoy the sun from 12 pm. and out of the late but bright evening hours. In these modern times, there is naturally embedded internet at the cottage. Internet access is free. The kitchen has service for 10 people, equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker, blender, etc. The living room has TV, DVD player and table football for entertainment of both children and adults. There is also vacuum cleaner and other equipment for cleaning. The summer cottage itself is located on a 1.064 square meter plot and thus provides many opportunities as a playground. With only 250 meters from one of Denmark's absolute best beaches you have the opportunity to enjoy the Danish summer fully.The beach is child friendly with the finest white sand. The beach is of such nature that it is possible to exercise all the leisure you wish The summer cottage is situated in a peaceful and family friendly neighborhood at the end of a closed road. The road down to the beach goes along minor roads used only by the residents. Only 150 yards from the cottage there is also a green area used by area residents for home football and other sports. Town: Denmark, Marielyst, MarielystShopping:There is a small grocery store just 300 meters from the house where it is also possible to buy bread. If you drive into the center of Marielyst, after approx. 3 km drive you will past a small shopping mall with various shops including supermarket. In addition, there are shops in the center of Marielyst or nearest larger city Nykoebing Falster 12 km. away. A very cosy town for shopping.
